I just watched Bleach episode 228. At first i didn't think much of it, since i already read the omake this episode is based on. But i guess it IS a mistake to watch the Ukitake-in-a-coffin scene while drinking water, because i almost spit everything out on my laptop! It is hilarious! i couldn't stop laughing throughout that scene! Good thing my parents are already asleep!

And the spoilers for this week's chapter (Chap 366) was out as early as Monday! I honestly couldn't decide whether i'm more worry about Aizen or Shinji (ok, maybe there isn't a point in worrying about Aizen at all, after all, till now, he's proven to be rather invincible!). The chapter isn't even scanlated yet, and i already feel impatient for the next one -_-

My exam result is going to be released officially on Friday. But my friends told me that the result is released one day early (that's tomorrow) for those who subscribed to receive their result by SMS. And they told me that it's quite an unpleasant shock, especially when you answer your SMS, expecting a reply from your friends only to see your result glaring out at you! So, i decided that i'm not going to answer any SMS tomorrow!! (Just why did i suscribed for it in the first place, i've no idea -_-)

Yup, it's Friday again, another weekend coming. Of course, not that it makes much difference when you're on break. When you're holidaying around the house (like a lazy bum) with nothing specific to do, everyday seems just the same. But i'm definitely not complaining. I've come to realize that being bored is much much better compared to having so much to do you can't see where the endless pile of work begins or ends.

And Bleach! I'm becoming more and more in love with Shinji! The absolutely flippant way he talked to Yamamoto in this chapter is priceless! My lips can't stop twitching when i read their conversation! With only serious and humorless characters such as Soi Fon and Toushirou around for so long, it's high time someone breaks some of the tension! And who better than the crazy but long-awaited group of Vaizards!

I'm glad Shinji made it clear that while his group is Aizen's enemies, they're not Soul Society's allies. And it's cool, the way he declared them Ichigo's allies instead (though it'd be more reasonable if they had said Urahara instead, since Urahara is the one who had sacrificed the most to help them)! In fact, i had actually hope that the Vaizards would hold some grudge, since it would explain the way Hiyori had once said she hated shinigami so much, and SS obviously have a few lessons to learn from this whole thing! And yes, another reason is because i simply adore Aizen and secretly wants him to win *cough*

And lastly, i hope everyone are well and healthy. The weather is unbelievably dry and hot here, and the H1N1 flu seems to be getting worse in some countries! Take good care!

Been MIA from lj for almost two months, so to concentrate on the most difficult assignments, and right after, the finals. I'm SO damn glad it's all over now (my last paper was on Monday), and i'm now back home for a 3 week break. Yes, i know, it's way too short. I don't even think i'm going to be able to plan any decent outings or vacations. But then, i've officially finish my first year as a uni student! Next semester, i'm going to be a second year!

My friends and i went to watch Transformers II right after my last paper, even though 5 out of 6 of us probably didn't sleep at all the night before. My head was pounding like mad by the time i handed in my chem paper. But all of us felt that we need to celebrate the ending of the torturous month, so off we went. The movie was ok, though i think i like the first one better. There are too many computer generated robot fighting scenes in the second movie, and it makes the pounding in my head worse. But there are many funny parts as well.

One of my very bad habits is that i tend to think a lot about my paper after the exam. It makes me feel depressed sometimes. One of my friend, Victor, suggested that i should go bungee jump to take my mind off my chem paper. And yes, that would work. I'm not afraid of height, but certainly not too fond of it either.

And i've got so many catching up to do. Going through two months worth of friends' page is a rather pointless attemp to dig everything out, but i went through everything the best i can! ^^

Finally, the Easter holiday is here, i get a one week precious break! While this week is still gonna be loaded with assignments and reports, it's nonetheless a good chance for me to de-stress slightly ^^

I'm happy to say that i'm quite satisfied with most of the plot development of the manga series i've been reading (includes Skip Beat, Naruto, Bleach, FMA, Tsubasa CR, air gear, etc).

This week's Bleach release kinda excites me when i first read the spoiler. After reading the chapter a few times, i decide that i really do love this chapter after all. The ending scene between Ulquiorra and Orihime left me with a bittersweet feeling, and i kinda wish their hands could have at least touched. To be honest, i've never liked Ulquiorra until these recent chapters. Hence, i can't help but feel a sense of loss since just when i was beginning to love and appreciate this quiet character, Kubo decides to kill him off >< 

As for Ichigo, i'm so glad he's back! And Kubo was kind enough to grace us with a panel of long-haired Ichigo without the mask hindering it! I don't know why some people are ranting about Ichigo's reactions and his ideals. I mean, that was so expected and predictable. I kinda like his reactions though, since it's so Ichigo anyway. Ichigo is still the way he is, because he continues to cling stubbornly and stupidly to his ideals and ways. While the plot is a bit anti-climatic, i guess Kubo makes up for it in his own little ways.

As for this month's FMA, the chapter is absolutely awesome as well! It's really worth the one-month wait just to see Mustang blowing off against Envy, and to see Hawkeye trying to stop him from being swallowed by his own revenge. And the final scene where Ed and Scar interfering takes the cake. I love Mustang in this chapter, to know that his anger over Hughes' death is still as strong as ever. And both Ed and Hawkeye are great as well. Seriously Envy, you should learn not to play with fire!

PS: For those who are wondering, my last week's presentation had gone quite well. My group managed to get 8.15 out of 10, so i supposed it's not too bad.

Urgh, i've a science group presentation tomorrow afternoon. No matter how many times i've done this (not that it's as much as business students), i can't help but be nervous about it. I know i've no reason to be, it's not like i'm going to be alone or anything, but still, the restlessness won't go away! I just hope everything goes well, since this presentation is counting 10 % of my total assessment.

On another note, even though my dance instructor keeps asking me to perform (Don't be shy! she said), i've decided to become part of the backstage crew instead. I know most people probably thought being part of the permance crew is better. Well, since i've never done any backstage thing before, should be fun, right?!

And this is what happens when you went to a chem lab session with only a few very short hours of sleep. Happens on Monday:

Me: I'm going to refill the distilled water.
Lab partner: Ok! Go ahead.
Me: *walks to the end of the lab and about to refill from a tank*
Lab partner (shouted): Hey Callie, what are you doing?
Me: *annoyed at being shouted* i just told you, i'm going to refill the distilled water!
Lab partner: But that's concentrated sulfuric acid you're refilling with!
Me: Huh? *looks at the label on the tank* Oh gosh!

FINALLY, weekend's here!! Can't tell you how desperately i need this 48 hours of classes-free time, whether it is just for catching up some lost sleep or some serious revision and work. But nonetheless, weekends improve my mood and make me feel...well, happier, if only slightly! i really envy my roommate who has only 3 days of classes a week. Imagine that, i've to pull through 5 days a week!!

Not much happen in the last few weeks. I've taken up Latin dance class since the start of this semester, and yesterday, i've been asked to take part in some performance. But honestly, when i saw the shoes, my first thought was i'm so definitely going to end up spraining my ankle for sure. I don't really like wearing that kind of high heels even for walking, let alone dancing -_- (you see, in classes, we always dance without shoes, which, i believe is a very wise move).

And now, move on to this week's Bleach! I really have mixed feelings for this chapter. I like the fact that this drawn out battle is finally concluding, and we can get a move on to whatever-the-next is supposed to be. And i'm also glad to see Ishida's shock visage and speechless attitude, because it looks like the fact that this new Ichigo is NOT ichigo at all is finally began to sink in. However, i'm also begining to like this Ichigo less and less. I mean, now that i get a very close-up look, the mask and horns looks too hideous for my taste, and the way he fights, well, i imagine even Shirosaki is not THAT ruthless (or maybe he is, i don't know). But it's quite clear to me that the conclusion is: Inoue is horrified, Ishida is speechless and ichigo, well, we all know he's going to regret it all when he comes back to himself.

That concludes my pointless ramblings, and i really need to make a list of to-do, since i've so much stuff to be done. Also, procrastination is really like a drug, a bad one. You know it's bad for your sleeping time, you know it's bad for you and your everything, BUT you simply cannot stop doing it!!!

Right, it's 2 am, so i'm off to bed!! I've only slept 3 or 4 hours last night after all! NIght!

Amazing, that in just the second and third week of my new semester in uni, i'm buried under piles of assignments and essays. Normally, i do not rant in this journal, but since i've no other outlet, i might as well just let my grieve out here. But luckily, i manage to finish my biotech essay just now. Now, that's just left with my Friday workshop assignment and possible presentation. Urgh!

Secondly, my social life. Yes, it's unbelievable, but my best friend believes my social life is going into the dump. Which is probably quite valid, considering I've been spending so much time in front of my laptop (not that i ask for it!) and almost nothing else. It's so true when people said that it's so much harder to make friends in uni than during high school and pre-u. i entered Monash last July and manage to make some friends, but in this semester, even the not-so solid-friendship looks like it's begining to slip out of my grasp. I wonder...if the problem actually lies with me.... Couldn't be, right?!

I'm SUPPOSED to be researching the topic for my Friday science presentation! I really am, but honestly, i got so sidetracked when i saw the spoiler pic of Hollow Ichigo just now that i simply couldn't concentrate! I'm so looking twards this week's Bleach release, hopefully, the spoilers will be fully out tomorrow.

I'm also addicted to Boys over Flowers (for those who don't know, it's the Korean version of Hana Yori Dango). I really got my roommate to blame for this! She was watching it so frequently that i ended up (unconsciously at first) downloading the first episode and so on......! But it's good, better than the Japanese and Taiwanese version, i believe ^^

Now, without further ado, i best get back to my journal, as boring as it is. To all on my F-list, i hope my lack of presence didn't actually earse me from your memory ^^
